This July we were retained to represent an elderly gentleman who was struck by a car in a parking lot in Connecticut.  The pedestrian sustained serious injuries including a fractured pelvis and required expensive orthopedic care.  The injured pedestrian hired The Law offices of james F. Aspell, P.C. who tracked down the negligent driver and brought a claim for monetary damages.  This week, the driver's insurance company, State farm, agreed with us that they should pay our client the total amount available under their insured driver's policy.

Our client was thrilled with our fast work and we will now seek additional damages form the underinsured coverage section of our client's auto policy.
