State Farm pays policy limit to Farmington Personal Injury lawyer Jim Aspell's client

Aspell, P.C. who tracked down the negligent driver and brought a claim for monetary damages.  This week, the driver's insurance company, State farm, agreed with us that they should pay our client the total amount available under their insured driver's policy.

Our client was thrilled with our fast work and we will now seek additional damages form the underinsured coverage section of our client's auto policy.
